2. Volunteer Ethics
All team members serve voluntarily. Honesty, dedication, and mutual respect are expected. No member shall demand or expect financial compensation.
3. Respectful Communication
All interactions—written or spoken—must be kind, professional, and supportive. We promote a safe, non-judgmental environment for sharing ideas.
4. Content Quality & Accuracy
All educational material (courses, articles, podcasts) must be fact-checked, well-organized, and aligned with our mission to deliver valuable knowledge.
5. Intellectual Property
Do not copy or misuse content from other sources. Only use copyright-free or original work. Always give proper credit if needed.
6. Confidentiality
Any internal discussions, unpublished materials, or member information must be kept confidential and not shared outside the team.
7. Time Commitment
Volunteers are free to choose their working hours, but they must be honest about their availability and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
8. Feedback Culture
We encourage open feedback. Criticism should be constructive and focused on improvement, not personal attacks.

All members are encouraged to learn continuously and grow their skills, as we believe learning never stops.
15. Representation
No volunteer should represent Sightless Wisdom publicly (events, interviews, partnerships) without permission from the core team.
16. Safe Digital Environment
Use secure, respectful, and accessible digital platforms for communication and project collaboration.
17. Conflict Resolution
In case of any disagreement, resolve issues respectfully or consult a team lead for mediation.
18. Transparency
Be open about limitations, needs, or concerns. Transparent communication builds trust in a volunteer space.
19. No Promotion of Personal Business
Members should not use this platform to advertise or promote personal or commercial services.
20. Commitment to the Mission
Every member must align with the mission to provide free, inclusive, and empowering education through various forms like courses, stories, and podcasts.
